About Dan

My name is Daniel Shulman. I am a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and completed my coursework in three years with a 3.60 GPA. When I’m not at work, I’m probably watching sports. As a New Englander, sports is a lifestyle.

I currently work as a Communications Associate with the New England Revolution. My primary responsibility is serving as the media contact for the Revolution II and Revolution Academy programs.

My past experiences include working as a Sports Correspondent with the Boston Globe, on-air talent for Boston Neighborhood Network, and a Freelance Statistician for MJN Production. I have also contributed to various blogs for Heavy.com, SB Nation, FanSided, and Inside Hockey. During my time at BU, I served as Managing Editor and Hockey Reporter for WTBU Radio and wrote a column for the Daily Free Press. I also held internships with SB Nation, WEEI, ABC’s Boston affiliate WCVB-TV, and Rhode Island Reds FC.

My favorite sport to watch is soccer. I am a season ticket holder with the New England Revolution and a member of the team’s official supporters group. Sports is a passion and I hope to be able to mold it into my career. As a journalist and media professional, I have had numerous pieces published in print.
